By accessing or using the GreenFL Construction website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients of GreenFL Construction.
2. Services
GreenFL Construction provides general contracting services including but not limited to roofing, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, pool construction, fencing, decking, painting, flooring, and full home renovations. All services are subject to availability and applicable Florida building codes and regulations. Service scope, timelines, and specifications are defined in individual project contracts and agreements.
3. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by GreenFL Construction are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project, material cost changes, or client-requested modifications. Written contracts will detail the agreed-upon scope and pricing before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment Terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project contracts. GreenFL Construction may require a deposit before commencing work, with remaining payments due at project milestones or upon completion. Accepted payment methods include check, credit card, bank transfer, and approved financing plans. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Florida law.
5. Warranties
GreenFL Construction stands behind its workmanship. Warranty terms vary by service type and are detailed in individual project contracts. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the client as applicable. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing. Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, GreenFL Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida. By using our services, you consent to the jurisdiction of Florida courts.
8. Changes to Terms
GreenFL Construction reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
